An exceptional person with a positive, supportive personality, great customer service skills and excellent time management to join our Front Desk team at SmileWorks Dental in Doreen.

A well-established dental practice in Doreen, Victoria. Our focus is on building exceptional relationships with our patients while using the latest technology to provide quality dentistry. The role involves…

• Customer service: in-person, phone calls, text messages and emails

• Assisting patients pre and post treatment 

• Managing bookings and payments 

• Extensive use of Microsoft Office including specialist dental applications 

• Balancing admin tasks with customer service 

• Accuracy and attention to detail 

• Clear, kind, respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times

Working hours…

SmileWorks Dental Doreen is open during the following hours:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 8:00pm

• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

• Saturday: 7:30am – 1:00pm

This is a full-time role, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic practice. Availability to work at least one late night per week and one Saturday shift every 4 weeks is required, helping us provide great care to our patients when they need it most.
