Financial and Management Accountants

PERSOL is currently seeking experienced Financial and Management Accountants for a range of exciting opportunities across Perth's central and northern suburbs.

We have a variety of 3-month temporary assignments, fixed-term contracts, and permanent positions available across industries including mining, not-for-profit, healthcare, professional services, and commercial organisations.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Month-end and year-end processing, including journals, accruals and prepayments
• General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
• Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
• Statutory reporting, BAS, FBT and audit support
• Fixed asset accounting and depreciation management
• Inventory accounting and stock reconciliations
• Business partnering with operational managers to provide financial insights
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and maintaining strong financial controls

To be successful, you'll ideally be CA or CPA qualified (or working towards), have strong financial reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.
