Job Description We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Service Delivery & Implementation Manager – Principal Consultant to lead new SuccessFactors project deployments, drive on site client engagement, and oversee innovation-led enhancements across the HR technology landscape. This role blends project delivery, service management, and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality implementations while driving adoption of new capabilities, including AI enabled HR innovations, automation, and experience enhancements.
You will manage onshore/offshore teams, partner closely with business and HR stakeholders, and champion excellence in delivery, governance, and customer experience Skillset Requirement:
JD as below: 1. SuccessFactors Project Delivery (New Implementations)
2. Service Delivery, Support & Operations Excellence
3. Innovation, Automation & AI Enabled HR Improvements
4. Stakeholder & Onsite Client Management
5. Onshore–Offshore Global Delivery Management
6. Change Requests, Enhancements & Release Management
