At DKSH Healthcare Australia, we help patients access the support and services they need throughout their treatment journey.

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Program Coordinator to join our Patient Solutions team. In this role, you'll support patients, coordinate appointments, and work closely with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

No previous patient support program experience is required. If you have strong customer service or administration experience and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Deliver
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for patients enrolled in the programCoordinate appointments, reminders and follow-up activitiesSupport patients with program information and service enquiriesWork with healthcare providers and service partners to arrange support servicesMake outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointmentsMaintain accurate patient records using internal systemsEscalate enquiries and issues to the appropriate team when requiredDeliver a positive and supportive experience for every patient

What You Bring
You'll bring:
Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or medical centre rolesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasksA professional and empathetic approach when supporting customersHealthcare, medical administration or pharmaceutical experience is beneficial but not essential
