Vietnam Project Associate – International Education Pathways
We are looking for a motivated Project Associate in Vietnam to support the development of an international education pathway project connecting Vietnamese students with programmes delivered in China at:
- Beijing Normal University - Dalian University of Technology - Xiamen University
These programmes support students progressing to bachelor’s degree study in China, Australia, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities- Introduce the IAPP pathway to students, parents, schools and education partners - Support student enquiries, consultations and enrolment follow-up - Assist with local outreach activities, presentations and partnership development - Maintain communication with students throughout their study and progression journey - Provide local market feedback to support future programme development
Who We Are Looking For- Current bachelor degree student or fresh graduate who want to develop the connection to International Education and student development in China- Outgoing, strong communication and relationship-building skills - Familiar with the Vietnamese education market or high school student community - Responsible, proactive and willing to learn - Experience in education or student recruitment is helpful but not essential - Fluent in Vietnamese and English- Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable

The successful associate may have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities as the project develops.
Engagement ArrangementThis is a flexible, project-based role without a fixed monthly salary. Incentives will be provided for successful IAPP enrolments, with additional incentives when students progress to overseas bachelor’s degree programmes.
