We’re seeking a Social Content Producer to join our growing Jack Nimble team in Sydney!

Position DescriptionThe Social Media Manager & Video Director will work closely with clients to build their brand identity and presence across social media. They’ll have their finger on the pulse with all things social media - from best-practice, trends, to platform-updates - and use this knowledge to create social content from concept to delivery.For this particular role, ideally you will have had experience in the financial services sector. This role will be predominantly working on creative for a financial company.
ResponsibilitiesContent Management - write, plan and create content for always on and paid social media activitySocial Strategy - have your finger on the pulse with all things social, using insights, results and trends to continuously improve content and identify opportunities for clientsContent Director - work with JN creatives to visualise, storyboard and create director treatmentsDirector: Direct shoots and talent. Work with JN creatives and producers to bring a shoot to life. Have a strong background in creating directors treatments.Content Creation - Work with production teams consisting of shooters, editors, animators and designers to get content made
SkillsUnderstand culture and can spot a trend on social as it emergesHas a passion for social-first video content and a full understanding of the best specs, lengths and practicesConfident taking creative ideas and turning them into social directors treatmentsConfident briefing and providing feedback to editors, designers and creators to ensure content is on-brand and fit-for-channelHas strong organisational and communication skills, capable of multi-tasking various projectsDetail oriented, ensuring quality control of all internal and external workTakes on board feedback well, showing empathy at all timesListens to clients and understands their challenges and how we can help solve themCan get on the tools to create content if needed (e.g. Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, filming on a phone, etc.)
Performance MeasurementThe performance will be determined based on their ability to:
Consistently deliver social-first content on time and on budgetIdentify opps for their clients to latch onto new social media trends, platforms and content techniquesKeep their clients happy and constantly coming back to Jack NimbleDemonstrate leadership qualities and an ability to work independently
