About the Role

We're urgently seeking several experienced Warehouse Operators with current forklift licence (high reach preferred) to join our team in Carole Park. These hands-on roles are critical to the smooth operation of our warehouses, ensuring that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach forklifts to move, load, and unload freight

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

• Receive and process inbound shipments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

• Assist with stock control and inventory management

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment

• Valid LF or LO forklift licence with reach forklift experience essential

• Experience with loading linehauls highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg

• Safety-conscious, proactive, and reliable attitude

• Australian work rights required
