Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people navigate solutions to everyday challenges? We're looking for a customer-focused Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services team and play a vital role in supporting tenants and stakeholders across our housing portfolio.
Based at our Tonsley office, you'll be the first point of contact for maintenance enquiries, providing professional, timely and empathetic support to tenants, contractors and internal teams. You'll assess maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, manage customer expectations, and ensure maintenance outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll combine strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure tenants feel heard, supported and informed throughout the maintenance process. From responding to enquiries and raising work orders to liaising with contractors and maintaining accurate records, you'll help create positive customer experiences while supporting safe and well-maintained homes.
