🔍 About the RoleIn this role, you will:Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when requiredConduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‑based responsesDeliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channelsSupport translation activities (English ↔ Japanese)Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulationsParticipate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activitiesCollaborate across teams and support ad‑hoc projects and client initiatives
🎯 What You BringBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life SciencesStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to learn quickly in a fast‑paced consulting environmentInterest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical informationProfessional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
