HR Systems Support Assistant

Position overview

The Australian National University is seeking a customer-focused HR Systems Support Assistant to join the HR Systems team within the People and Culture Division. Reporting to the Team Leader, HR Systems Operations, the HR Systems Support Assistant acts as the front-line for HR Systems inquiries and works in co-operation with technical staff from the Information Technology Services Division (ITS) and Student Business Services, and supports HR Business Analysts to analyse and translate HR and Payroll business requirements to produce optimal HR business and systems solutions to the ANU community.

The HR System Support Officer, under broad direction of the Team Leader, HR Systems will provide a high level of client focused support for the HRMS and Recruitment system, as well as other systems that support the HR function across the University.

Training in accounting and/or a familiarity of Australian workplace legislations in the University context will be highly regarded.
