About the role
The purpose of this position is to assist the Chief Risk and Compliance & Safety Officer to ensure the Congress Governance process is supported by regular review and monitoring of its Policy Framework. This includes assisting key managers with the development and review of governance documents within their areas of expertise.
The Legal and Governance team provides governance and legal support services to the organisation including the Board and executive management team. This is a small team that reports to the Congress Chief Executive Officer.
