We’re looking for a Produce Team Member to join our crew! Full-time role working Tuesday to Saturdays, 5am starts.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, customer-focused individual to be part of our fresh produce team at our Hawthorn store.

What You’ll Do:

• Help maintain stunning fresh produce displays that keeps customers coming back.

• Replenish fresh produce onto shelves

• Organise/stack produce cartons into cool-room and stockroom

• Provide exceptional customer service and share your love of fresh food.

• Work across the produce department contributing to a vibrant team.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure our produce is always at its best.

• Work Tuesday to Saturdays starting at 5am

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in fresh produce retail setting

• A passion for great food and exceptional customer service.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work very early mornings

• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work across retail hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
