About the role
Why your role matters
The Planning Analyst is a specialist role supporting the delivery of the Strategy & Planning function within the Registrar & Student Services (RaSS) portfolio. The role provides analytical and planning expertise to build a strong evidence base across service mapping, demand analysis, performance management and cost-to-serve modelling, supporting opportunities to enhance services through the development of a new operating model for RaSS.
Working across the portfolio, the Planning Analyst delivers high-quality analysis, reporting and planning support to help the Manager, Business Strategy & Planning and the Head, Strategy & Planning understand current operations, identify opportunities for improvement and inform evidence-based decision-making. The role also contributes to the delivery of the agreed Strategy & Planning work program, working collaboratively with stakeholders across RaSS to translate data and insights into practical recommendations and improvements.
Reporting to the Manager, Business Strategy & Planning, this role provides an opportunity to apply analytical expertise to complex business challenges and contribute to the future development of services across a diverse and evolving portfolio.
