Location: Burswood Peninsula, Perth
Contract: Permanent Part-time | 60 hours per fortnight

A Property Manager Role unlike any other!

This isn’t your typical PM role.  You’ll manage a single-owner portfolio focused on seniors housing and a small commercial collection.  With part-time, flexible hours, this role allows you to work efficiently, stay focused, and enjoy a supportive environment.

About the Role:

With the support of streamlined systems and our collaborative team, your focus will be on managing your portfolio with confidence and professionalism.  Key responsibilities include:

• Building trusted relationships with tenants and the owner

• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring compliance

• Protecting and strategically guiding landlord assets

• Resolving conflicts calmly and professionally

• Delivering service aligned with a premium brand

• Working with our internal Inspections Manager and support team

We’re not after a box-ticker; we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and being part of a collaborative, professional team.

What You’ll Bring:

✔ WA Property Management Registration
✔ Minimum one year's experience in Property Management or Leasing
✔ Strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
✔ Impeccably presented, calm under pressure, confident in managing high expectations
✔ Skilled in conflict resolution and clear, professional communication
✔ Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
✔ Proficiency in cloud-based PM software (bonus points if it’s Property Tree, IRE, Hubdash)
✔ A collaborative, driven team player focused on growth
✔ Driver’s license (car provided during work hours)
