Project Manager

🌿 We’re hiring: Product Project Manager | BioPak | Australia (Head Office)

At BioPak, we’re on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic, and we’re looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to help us bring sustainable products to market, faster.

What you’ll be doing:

📋 Leading end-to-end delivery of product and packaging projects, from initiation through to launch

🎯 Defining clear scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics

🛠️ Managing critical paths to keep projects on track and delays off the table

🤝 Driving alignment across Product, Supply Chain, Sales and external suppliers

⚠️ Spotting risks early and getting ahead of them

📈 Continuously improving how we plan, track and deliver

What we’re looking for:

✅ 4–7 years’ project management experience in product, manufacturing or supply chain

✅ A track record of juggling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong critical path and timeline management skills

✅ Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority

✅ Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven

✅ A proactive, solutions-first mindset

Nice to have:

🌱 Experience in packaging, manufacturing or sustainable products

🌏 Experience working with offshore suppliers and production timelines

📐 Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes

💻 Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)
