Nikpol is expanding with a new warehouse in Prestons – a key logistics and industrial hub in Western Sydney. We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations and help ensure orders are accurately prepared and delivered to customers.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the day-to-day operations of our new Prestons facility. You will work as part of a close-knit team, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched while maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment. Occasional local deliveries may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Assist with stock control, stock replenishment, and inventory management
• Complete local deliveries on a case-by-case basis using the company Sprinter van
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
• Represent the Nikpol brand professionally when interacting with customers and colleagues
What You'll Need:
• Current full Australian Driver's Licence
• Current Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Delivery driving experience advantageous
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items safely
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
