About the Role

As Yard Manager, you will take full responsibility for the smooth operation of the vehicle yard. You will ensure vehicles are received, stored, moved and dispatched accurately while maintaining quality standards and system integrity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Vehicle acceptance and collection from transport providers
• Quality control inspections on inbound and outbound vehicles
• Accurate vehicle processing using Scanify
• Key management, security and reconciliation
• Yard organisation, presentation and vehicle movement
• Liaising with sales, service and logistics teams
• Maintaining safe work practices and site standards

About You

You are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You understand the importance of accuracy and process and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly.
You will bring:
• Previous yard, logistics or automotive operations experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Confidence using digital systems, including Scanify
• Proven key management and security awareness
• A current manual driver licence
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude
