Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build journeyOversee site performance, ensuring quality builds and on-time deliveryPartner closely with your Construction Manager to review progress via ClickHomesMaximise productivity by coordinating and securing quality tradesSchedule and manage all on-site construction activitiesProactively resolve build issues and maintain clear client communicationDrive continuous improvement in building practices and processesEnsure compliance with cost, project management, and OH&S standardsFoster a positive, customer-focused and team-oriented cultureDeliver homes to the highest quality standards; andHand over keys and settlement packs - celebrate the final milestone with your client.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential constructionStrong knowledge of building regulations, OH&S and QA systemsExcellent project management and organisational skillsEstablished networks with trades (highly regarded)Customer-focused with strong communication and conflict resolution skillsComfortable working with new homes contractsAbility to prioritise, manage timelines and meet deadlines; andHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
