About the Role

As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of dry goods across our Barossa Packaging Centre. Working closely with suppliers, production planning and cross-functional teams, you will translate production schedules into purchasing plans, balancing service, cost, quality and sustainability outcomes while minimising inventory risk.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and purchase dry goods including bottles, labels, closures and cartons to support production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage run-out plans and proactively identify supply risks and contingency actions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, costing and delivery information within ERP systems and planning tools.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive supply continuity, service performance and procurement compliance.
• Support production scheduling, new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

About You

You are a proactive and commercially minded supply chain professional with a strong focus on planning, inventory management and stakeholder collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced operational environments, enjoy solving supply challenges and can confidently balance competing priorities to achieve the best outcome for the business.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Around 3 years' experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, quality or related FMCG environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP or similar planning platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, manufacturing, packaging materials and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing inventory, costs and supply performance.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to changing production and supply requirements.
