Join Our Brand New, State-of-the-Art Early Learning Centre!
We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new, purpose-built Early Learning Centre, designed to inspire, nurture, and support every child’s development. Our centre is a 36-place service located in a beautiful, brand new estate, catering for children aged 6 weeks to school age. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and premium, brand new educational resources, with a drive to become an Exceeding-rated service. We are committed to best practice in Early Education.
Led by a dedicated Director, we are building a supportive, collaborative team culture where everyone feels valued.

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality education and care. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and innovative environment.
As an integral member of our team, you will:
🌱 Build strong, nurturing relationships with children
📘 Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs, aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
🛡️ Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for both children and staff
💡 Embed the service’s philosophy into daily practice and decision-making
🤝 Communicate effectively with families about their child’s daily experiences and development
📝 Maintain accurate observations and documentation of each child’s learning journey and progress
This role is perfect for educators who are committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education and are excited to be part of a passionate and collaborative team.
To be successful in this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain) the following:
Diploma and or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care
A valid Working With Children Check
A current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
A solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), including:
• National Regulations
• National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment
A strong understanding of the importance of family engagement and communication
A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child in your care
