Sales Support Officer

From booking through to implementation, you’ll be the detail-focused person who keeps everything on track. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating advertising campaigns across our extensive network of traditional billboards, digital billboards and airport out of home advertising.

This is a role where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail really matter.  You’ll work with established processes and deadlines, manage a high volume of information, and make sure the details are right at every stage. If you enjoy bringing structure to your work, keeping things organised and knowing that you’ve checked something thoroughly, you’ll feel at home in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• We support our sales team in their client experience from advertising orders to campaign fulfilment
• Multitasking and prioritising of workloads whilst managing competing priorities
• Processing and managing high volumes of artwork, data and information accurately and efficiently.
• Checking information carefully and identifying errors or discrepancies before they become an issue.
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered correctly and on time.
• Taking responsibility for your work and following tasks through to completion.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with detail, structure and clearly defined processes.
