Position: Team Member Location: Arana Hills, Brisbane Northside QLD Job Types: Full-time Salary: Starting from $30.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role:

As a valued team member, you will provide a variety of essential services including:

· Pruning and hedging

· Mowing and edging

· Pest and disease treatment

· Weed control

· Planting and mulching

In addition, you will identify opportunities for additional work and report them back to your supervisor.

Who We’re Looking For:

We seek a diligent employee with a keen eye for detail who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. You should be both a team player and capable of working independently when needed.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualifications in horticulture, gardening, or landscaping
• Minimum of 3 years experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture
• Proficiency in operating various mowers and small plant equipment
• Strong commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment systems
• Excellent communication skills with clients of all ages and backgrounds
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Valid Manual Driver Licence
