Steel‑Line Garage Doors is seeking a reliable and skilled Process Worker to join our manufacturing team at our Darra facility. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in manufacturing or production who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys practical, task‑based work.

This is a full‑time position offering stable employment and the opportunity to contribute to the manufacture of high‑quality garage doors in a safe, well‑organised environment.

The Role

As part of our production team, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of garage door components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and manufacturing garage door components in line with work instructions

• Safe operation of hand and power tools

• Maintaining consistent product quality through precision and attention to detail

• Conducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet Steel‑Line standards

• Working collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safety‑focused work environment

Key Skills & Competencies

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production assembly

• Experience using hand and power tools in a production or workshop environment

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output

• Ability to follow work instructions, processes, and quality standards

• A strong safety mindset and commitment to WHS procedures

• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
