About the role
Project Schedule Management
Working within JP9141 the Level 3 Project Scheduler will:
· Perform and achieve schedule support work within an integrated workforce.
· Interpret and comply with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
· Coordinate and support monthly reporting across the project team in PPRIP and SPMS.
· Engage, monitor and control all compliant schedules for approved projects in contract, able to be reported from through MRS.
· Undertake planning activities and developing schedules for pre-approval projects, ready for baselining post-approval.
· Perform monthly management of Open Plan Professional (OPP)
· Inform the Project Director of identified schedule risks to the projects.
· Ensure that activities are progressed in accordance with project standard operating procedures.
· Establish and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs), WBS data dictionaries, and project schedules utilising OPP
Essential Experience Required:
· Senior scheduling experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP)
· Scheduling experience in major projects
Highly Desirable Experience required:
· Previous experience in a Defence project environment
