About the role
Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited ("Hope Street") has over 45 years of experience delivering specialist services to young people and their families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
We have a vision for a society where all young people and young families have a safe place to call home. If you would like to play a part in ending youth homelessness, join our team of passionate people making a difference in the lives of young people and young families.
We are seeking a determined and highly motivated Team Leader that can join the Program and Leadership team to deliver quality youth focused outcomes.
As the Team Leader of the First Response Youth Support Service, you will be part of an exciting and innovative model and purpose-designed centre created to respond to youth homelessness via a place-based approach in the north-western growth corridor of Melbourne.
You will be proactive in leading and managing two components of the service:
