Marketing Executive

Venergy is an established Australian solar and battery company delivering residential and commercial renewable energy projects across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take day-to-day ownership of our campaigns, website, agency relationships and broader marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, work independently and deliver.

Venergy works across residential solar and batteries, major commercial energy projects, supplier partnerships, customer education and national marketing campaigns. This creates a wide variety of marketing opportunities.

You will work closely with our leadership, sales, operations, engineering and project teams to make sure our marketing activity is relevant, commercially focused and delivered to the highest standard.

• Plan and deliver residential and commercial marketing campaigns

• Manage the marketing calendar and campaign priorities

• Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging and briefs

• Write copy for ads, emails, websites and landing pages

• Manage external digital and creative agencies

• Review campaign performance, lead quality and conversion

• Coordinate website updates, supplier promotions and product launches

• Guide our Marketing & Content Specialist

• Maintain a consistent, professional and premium brand

• Bring practical marketing recommendations to leadership

You will ideally have:

• Three to five years of broad marketing experience

• Experience delivering campaigns from concept to launch

• Strong commercial judgement and marketing fundamentals

• Experience working with sales or lead-generation teams

• Experience managing agencies or external suppliers

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Practical experience across digital, website, email and social media

• The ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and personal accountability

Experience in solar, energy, construction, property, automotive or another technical industry would be highly regarded.

• Take genuine ownership of marketing in a growing national business

• Work across residential and major commercial energy projects

• Be supported by an internal content specialist and external agencies

• Work directly with senior decision-makers
