To provide professional uniform fitting, garment measurement and customer service support to customers. The role ensures accurate measurements, order processing and customer records management while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the successful operation of ADA contract services.

• 2-3 years' experience in a customer service, retail or administration role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Experience conducting garment fittings, measurements or apparel sizing.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders.
