Join our Support at Home team across Ryde, Wahroonga, the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas, supporting older adults to stay mobile, active, safe and independent in the place they call home.

This is a fully mobile role, giving you the autonomy to take ownership of your day, with the flexibility to work from home or from our beautiful clinic spaces when you need to complete reporting, documentation and admin.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Support at Home team supports older adults in the community through the government-funded Support at Home program.

As a Physio, you'll help clients maintain their mobility, build confidence and strength and continue doing the things that matter to them.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

Complete comprehensive mobility and functional assessments in clients' homesAssess strength, balance, mobility and falls riskDevelop personalised exercise and rehabilitation programsSupport clients to maintain or improve their physical independenceRecommend practical strategies, equipment and supports where appropriateWork alongside clients, families, carers and support coordinatorsCollaborate with other Allied Health professionals to achieve the best outcomesProvide education around mobility, falls prevention, exercise and safe movementAdvocate for your clients and keep their individual goals at the centre of their careBuild meaningful relationships with older adults and their support networksContinue developing your clinical skills through mentoring, supervision and professional development

The Essentials You'll need:

Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)Current AHPRA registrationCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckWillingness to travel across Ryde, Wahroonga, the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas
