Service Technician / Mechanic

AHS Group is the NSW dealer for Kubota and Case Earthmoving Equipment, providing industry‑leading machinery solutions and customer support across the region.

We are currently seeking a self‑motivated, trade‑qualified Heavy Vehicle / Plant Mechanic to join our growing team at our Braemar, NSW branch.

This is a hands‑on field service role where you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and servicing a wide range of construction, agricultural and plant equipment.

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle, Diesel or Plant Mechanic

• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge

• Background working with construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or small to heavy plant

• Proven experience in:

  • Diagnostics and fault finding

  • Repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance

  • Component rebuilds

  • Engines, hydraulics and transmissions

• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship

• Familiarity with Kubota equipment or similar brands (highly regarded but not essential)

• Current Driver’s Licence

• White Card (OH&S)

• Strong commitment to safe work practices

• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills
