Factory Worker

About the role

ACA Insulations is seeking a Factory Worker to join our production team in Clontarf, QLD. This is a casual role offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the assembly and production of insulation materials and products

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards

• Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

• Providing support to the wider factory operations as required

What we're looking for

• Ability to start immediately

• No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn!

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

• Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new skills and procedures

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• MR Truck Licence desirable, but not essential
