About the Role 

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the vital link between our customers and operations team, ensuring freight is booked, tracked and delivered efficiently. 

You'll take ownership of customer relationships, provide solutions when issues arise, and help deliver the high standard of service TRG is known for. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email 

• Process bookings and customer orders accurately and efficiently 

• Track consignments and provide customer updates 

• Liaise with operations and drivers to ensure service commitments are met 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly 

• Maintain accurate records and data within our systems 

About You 

You'll thrive in this role if you: 

• Enjoy speaking with customers and building strong relationships 

• Are organised and able to manage multiple priorities 

• Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude 

• Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail 

• Are comfortable learning new systems and technology 

• Have previous customer service experience (transport or logistics experience is highly regarded but not essential)
