Randstad HR Partners is seeking a progressive and dedicated National Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) Lead for a leading global multinational blue-collar organisation. This critical role within the People, Safety and Environment unit will drive national ER/IR activities, ensuring consistency and best practice across the business. The role is based in the inner city suburb of Sydney but it is a national, multisite role and there’s expectations for regular interstate travel.
