Administration Supervisor

At Followmont Transport, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Supervisor to join our Bundaberg team.

This is a key role within our depot, supporting the day to day administration and operational functions that keep freight moving across our network. Working closely with local leadership, drivers, customers and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure the depot runs efficiently while maintaining high levels of service and accuracy.

Transport and logistics experience is highly regarded, and while exposure to fleet scheduling or driver allocations is beneficial, it is not essential.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising daily administration activities within the depot

• Supporting operational teams with customer service, reporting and compliance requirements

• Coordinating accurate data entry, documentation and system management

• Assisting with freight, fleet and driver administration processes

• Supporting scheduling and allocation functions as required

• Preparing operational reports and analysing information to support decision making

• Building strong relationships with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders

• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes

• Supporting and mentoring administration team members

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Administration Supervisor or Operations Support role

• Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or a fast paced operational environment

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel

• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• A proactive, solutions focused mindset

• Exposure to scheduling, dispatch or transport allocations is advantageous but not essential
