Over the past year, we've built the foundations with a refreshed brand, new websites, and a stronger market position across the real estate industry. Now, we're taking our marketing to the next level through insight-led content, video storytelling, industry research, customer education, and events.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment as we launch AI-powered functionality that will transform how real estate professionals work. You'll play a key role in bringing these innovations to market while working across the entire Rex portfolio, spanning residential and commercial PropTech products across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

What you'll be doing

Content Marketing

• Coordinate and create high-quality marketing content across a variety of channels and formats.
• Manage the production of animated videos, including scripting, briefing, and delivery.
• Coordinate customer testimonial videos from planning through to publication.
• Support the rollout of campaigns across whitepapers, email marketing, websites, social media, and sales enablement materials.

Events & Webinars

• Coordinate industry webinars, customer training sessions, and thought leadership events.
• Manage event logistics, communications, booth coordination, team briefings, and speaker support.
• Ensure event campaigns and follow-up activities align with broader marketing and pipeline objectives.

Product Marketing

• Partner with Product, Sales, and the Go-to-Market team to support successful product launches.
• Translate product features into compelling customer value propositions and messaging.
• Coordinate launch campaigns across email, social media, webinars, and sales collateral to drive awareness and adoption.

Customer Communications

• Execute customer communications including product updates, campaigns, and lifecycle messaging.
• Ensure all communications are engaging, valuable, and aligned with the Rex brand voice.

About you

You'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong marketing coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working collaboratively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Experience using HubSpot and Figma, along with basic graphic design capability.
• Outstanding written communication and content creation skills.
