Call Centre Manger/Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead a small, high-performing team of 7 people focused on appointment setting and outbound sales. This is a hands-on role suited to a strong leader who can coach, motivate, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 7 appointment setters / sales agents

• Oversee daily call centre operations and performance

• Set KPIs and drive appointment and sales targets

• Train, coach, and monitor call quality and conversions

• Implement scripts, processes, and performance improvements

• Track results, prepare reports, and optimise productivity

• Ensure team accountability and high standards

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a small sales or call centre team

• Strong background in appointment setting / outbound sales

• Hands-on leadership and coaching ability

• Results-driven and target-focused mindset

• Experience with CRM and call reporting systems
