Senior Assocaite / Licensed Estate Agent

About the role

Clements International is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Licensed Estate Agent who wants to operate with greater independence, focus on quality rather than volume, and work within a boutique, Director-led real estate business. This opportunity will suit an established property professional who is confident managing their own relationships and business development, but values having the brand, systems, marketing resources, office infrastructure and senior support required to perform at a high level.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new listing opportunities and long-term client relationships

• Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations

• Manage residential sales campaigns from appointment through to settlement

• Provide informed advice to vendors on pricing, presentation, marketing and method of sale

• Conduct buyer follow-up and negotiation throughout campaigns

• Maintain strong communication with vendors and prospective buyers

• Develop relationships within Toorak and Melbourne's Inner East

• Build and maintain a personal database and referral network

• Work collaboratively with the Director and wider Clements International team

• Maintain high professional, compliance and service standards

About you

• Experienced, self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Wants to build a quality real estate business rather than simply chase transaction volume

• Takes ownership of their clients, relationships and results

• Understands the importance of regular communication and genuine follow-up

• Has strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Comfortable prospecting and creating their own business opportunities

• Values long-term relationships over short-term transactions

• Works professionally and ethically

• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships

• Demonstrated residential real estate sales experience

• Current Victorian real estate licence or appropriate Agent's Representative qualification

• Strong knowledge of residential property sales and Victorian real estate practice

• Proven ability to prospect, list, negotiate and close property transactions

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Current driver licence and reliable vehicle

• Appropriate business structure, including an established company or capacity to operate through your own company

• ABN and appropriate business insurances

• Ability to operate with a high degree of independence and accountability
