Tip Top Bakeries is on the lookout for an energetic and reliable Full Time Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in Townsville.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Record production data and report any issues

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Great communication & team player
• Physically fit (can lift up to 20kgs)
