What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with top talent while growing and managing your own desk. You will:

• Take full ownership of an established desk, nurturing existing relationships while driving new business growth

• Source, screen, and place candidates into both locum and permanent roles across Australia

• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations

• Identify new opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure client agreements

• Deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to overall business success

• Stay across market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert in your space

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within healthcare

• A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management

• Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Drive, resilience, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment

• A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth

• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements is highly regarded
