Vacancy for an qualified and experienced Baker in Bread production and Pastry section. This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team at a busy retail Bakery in the Northside of Brisbane. This full-time position offers a chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position requires availability to work across shifts/weekends as part of your roster.

What we are looking for:

·        Experience in both cooking and pastry in a similar bakery setting

·        Minimum 1-2 years of experience in both cooking and pastry work is required

·        Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

·        Excellent time management and multitasking skills

·        Ability to abide by direction

·        Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations

·        Strong communication and teamwork skills

·        Australian work rights are required for this position
