Crew Leader (Morayfield)

About the role: 
Step into a hands-on leadership role where you will lead crews delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. As a Crew Leader, you will take ownership of site operations - coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Working closely with your team, you will oversee everything from meters to live connection, site set-out through excavation and restoration, while mentoring crew members and driving performance on site. This role suits someone who thrives in the field, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in leading from the front to deliver critical services to the community enjoying variety everyday.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in water/wastewater or civil construction.
• Strong leadership and crew supervision skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Solid understanding of WHS, environmental, and compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with field technology, asset systems, or GIS (desirable).
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Current MR and C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Plumbing licence (desirable).
