We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join a well-established medical center in Cairns, Far North Queensland . This opportunity is ideal for a doctor looking to build a thriving practice supported by a loyal and diverse patient base.

The practice is located in a DPA-approved location , making it an excellent fit for International Medical Graduates (IMGs). The purpose-built medical center features state-of-the-art facilities, including 11 consultation rooms , a four-bed treatment room , a private procedure room, and a dedicated skin cancer room . For patient convenience, the center has on-site pathology and pharmacy services.

The new GP will join a team of 13 doctors who are supported by an experienced administrative and nursing team, fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment. This is a private billing clinic that offers flexible working arrangements , allowing you to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. You'll have full clinical autonomy and can pursue areas of special interest, such as skin cancer medicine, women's health, or occupational medicine .

The practice is a recognized training site with supervisor opportunities available for IMGs, ensuring a smooth transition into the Australian healthcare system. The clinic offers robust support to help you focus on patient care. You'll benefit from dedicated Chronic Disease Management (CDM) nursing support and experienced administrative staff who handle daily operations.
