About the Role
Hewitt is seeking a Training Manager to design, coordinate and deliver the end-to-end training approach for our D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management ERP implementation. This role will translate future-state business processes, role-based security, system design and change outcomes into practical training that supports user readiness and adoption. You will work closely with Functional Leads, Business Process Owners, Change, Testing, Data and our implementation partner to ensure training is aligned, timely and effective. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams on-site five days per week.

You know how to turn complex business processes, system designs and technical documentation into practical learning that helps users build confidence and capability. You bring strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and you are comfortable working across different functions, locations and levels of the business. You are organised, collaborative and outcomes-focused, with a contemporary approach to learning, digital tools and adoption.
