We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team as we continue to expand.

Southern Star is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of timber and aluminium windows and doors.

• Canterbury Timber Windows & Doors

• Mana Doors

Over many years we’ve built strong relationships with builders of all sizes, and homeowners across Australia, and demand for our products continues to grow.

As a result, we are expanding our customer service team to ensure we continue delivering the level of support our customers expect.

Customer Service sits at the centre of our business.

Our team works closely with customers, production and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and questions are answered quickly.

Your day will involve:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Helping customers with product information and order details

• Working with customers to keep their projects running smoothly

• Investigating and resolving issues quickly and professionally

• Working closely with production and internal teams to get things done

• Keeping accurate records of interactions and updates

• Building strong relationships with our customers who rely on us

Ideally you will have:

• Experience in a customer service role, within window and door manufacturing, construction or the building industry

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers

• The ability to stay organised and solutions-focused in a busy environment

• A genuine team mindset — we support each other here

• Solid computer skills and comfort using systems and software

• Industry experience is highly valued, but attitude and approach matter just as much.
