This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in geotechnical engineering with plenty of hands-on field experience and genuine career progression.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication skills Australian driver’s licence (or ability to obtain one)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Construction Phase Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll be working on major infrastructure and building projects across Sydney, including:

Pile inspections Excavation inspections Bearing capacity inspections Proof rolling and subgrade assessments Site investigations and geotechnical testing Preparing site records and technical reports Working closely with contractors, builders and project managers
