Assistant Merchandise PlannerYou like it when everything lines up, and you're the one who makes sure it does.
We've created this role for someone who wants to build a real career in merchandise planning, starting with the fundamentals. You'll learn how product, stock and trade come together, working closely with our planning team as they show you how the frameworks work.This is the foundation the planning function runs on. Get it right, and everything above you moves faster.

The Role
You'll own the day to day detail that keeps planning accurate and moving.Deliver weekly sales, stock and KPI reporting across AU and US marketsTrack purchase orders from despatch through to warehouse put awayMaintain range plans, buy plans and new SKU set upMonitor stock cover, ageing and sell through, flagging risks earlyPrepare trade inputs and performance data for weekly trading meetingsSupport Production, Operations and Marketing with day to day planning queries
Who We're Looking For
You're organised, curious and drawn to detail, and you see this role as the start of something, not just a task list.1 to 2 years in retail, ecommerce or a planning support roleConfident in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookupsNaturally detail oriented and quick to spot inconsistenciesOrganised, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesCurious about the numbers, not just recording them
And the non-negotiables: you follow things through without being asked twice, you ask good questions and chase down what you need, and you're genuinely keen to build a career in planning, not just fill in time.
