We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Doncaster Park Kindergarten.



Doncaster Park Kindergarten is a community-run, not-for-profit kindergarten that provides high-quality early childhood education in a warm, inclusive, and play-based environment. Our program supports children's learning, wellbeing, and development through meaningful relationships, nature-based experiences, and strong partnerships with families and the local community. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive service where every child and family feels a true sense of belonging.





This is a part-time, ongoing role for 17:5 hours per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00am - 4:30pm, and on Thursdays from 9:30am - 11:00am.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
• You value kindness and respect.
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
• You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.

• You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
