Customer Service Officer

Our client is the industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions. We're currently looking for Customer Service Officers to join our dynamic team based in Wingfield.

Pay Rate - $35.80 per hr including casual loading (+ penalties)

Work Days/Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (8 hour shifts)

• The call centre operates from 7am to 6pm, so we require someone who is available to work within those hours. Initially it will be a start with a 9am-5pm shift, and then may adjust shift times as needed to ensure we have adequate phone coverage.

Length of Assignment: 3 months, with the possibility to extend

Responsibilities:

Looking for candidate with contact centre experience, including the use of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce).

Customer Service

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
• Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
• Booking scheduled services
• Dispute resolution
• Updating services with new information (PO’s, Access requirements etc)
• Data entry

Experience Required:

• Proficient with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous call centre experience
• Customer service experience
