The Role:

We’re looking for an IT Systems & Support Analyst to join our Technology team in Sydney. This is a role for someone with real maturity and depth to their skills. Someone who thinks about problems from a systems perspective, loves building and improving processes, and is ready to take ownership of our internal tools, platforms, and AI infrastructure end-to-end. You’ll manage the rollout of new features, systems, and tools, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and be equally comfortable supporting both Windows and Mac environments.

This is a role with real runway, we’re looking for someone ambitious who could grow and scale the role over time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be a senior point of escalation for complex systems issues, coordinating investigation and resolution across support, engineering, and vendors
• Deliver timely, high-quality IT support across Windows and Mac devices
• Own the end-to-end technology experience for staff, including onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, and asset management
• Act as the key liaison between users, business stakeholders, and delivery teams – capturing issues, enhancement requests, and feedback, and making sure they’re prioritised and communicated clearly
• Maintain a well-prioritised backlog, write clear user stories and requirements, and support smooth UAT and release activities
• Identify recurring pain points and drive improvements that reduce manual effort and boost platform reliability and usability
• Keep documentation and system knowledge sharp, and support/mentor team members along the way

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT support, systems support, business systems, or a related role
• Solid troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices, including setup, patching, and lifecycle management
• Experience with staff onboarding/offboarding and device/access provisioning
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and cloud-based business systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user issues into clear requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to juggle competing priorities and stay effective under pressure
• A Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in IT or a related discipline
• Experience supporting ERP/finance systems (e.g. NetSuite)
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Exposure to AWS or cloud-hosted environments
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms
• Exposure to ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• An interest in progressing toward IT management, support management, or team leadership
