Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing Allied Health team on a Full-Time basis.

The Role:

Occupational Therapist (Part-Time/Full-Time)

• Develop and deliver individualized OT support to NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan to help achieve client goals.

• Presentations include neurodevelopmental disabilities (autism, ADHD, intellectual disability), neurological disabilities (stroke, ABI, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s), physical disabilities, mental health, pediatrics, and older adult (dementia, Alzheimer’s).

• Conduct assessments and reports required including Functional Capacity Assessments, and Home & Living Assessments. Assistive Technology and Home Modifications.

• Liaison with external stakeholders including NDIS, other disability services providers, equipment suppliers and health professionals

• Services to be delivered at our clinic in South Perth, in the community, and via Telehealth.

Job Requirements:

• Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration (graduates welcome to apply)

• Own vehicle and valid drivers license

• The ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise tasks.

• The ability to work independently but also within a small team setting.

Current or willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working with Children Check

• National Police Clearance

Preferred:

• Prior experience with NDIS
