Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about working with children and seeking flexible, meaningful employment?

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified OSHC Educators to join us in making a positive impact through promoting curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning in every child.

Our OSHC operates from 6:30 am to 8:30 am (Before School Care) and from 2:30 pm to 6.00 pm (After School Care) each school day. We also offer Vacation Care from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm during school holidays.

This is a casual position, ideal for flexible schedules.

Your Role

• Engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities
• Assist with mealtimes and daily routines
• Supervise indoor and outdoor play environments
• Support children's wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour
• Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference
• Participate in a spiritually vibrant culture that aligns with the College's Christian mission and values.

About You

• A practicing Christian with the ability to actively support and promote the College’s spiritual ethos
• A genuine passion for working with children and enhancing their learning and wellbeing
• A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Required:
• Certificate, Diploma or studying towards a degree in Education or another ACECQA-approved equivalent (essential)
• Paid Working With Children Check (Blue Card) (essential)
• National Child Safety Certificate (essential)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willing to obtain)
• I’M ALERT Food Safety Certificate (Ipswich City Council’s free online training) (or willing to obtain).
